I recently decided to try deep tissue massage for shoulder/neck pain.
Lindsay was very friendly and reassuring. She started by asking me about my medical history and any specific areas of pain. She then explained the different types of techniques she would be using and how they would help.
The massage itself was very relaxing. Lindsay used a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. I could feel my muscles loosening up and relaxing across my shoulders.
