It's like a reset of my muscles and mood, and I come out of my appointment feeling reinvigorated, relaxed and able to move my back and shoulders with the flexibility of a man 20 years younger. Always excellent!

A blissfull massage! Lindsay is super friendly and I felt instantly at ease, I felt totally refreshed afterwards. A great stress buster! I'm going back soon to try a facial too.

Lindsay was extremely knowledgeable about facials and offered lots of useful advice and suggestions. She also tailored the treatment very specifically to me and my skin, talking me through the imperfections on my face in detail which was really educational. A real perfectionist and my skin feels amazing!
