My appointment was cancelled on the day with barely any notice. I have tried to rearrange my appointment twice and am now asking for a refund - it has been a month. I have paid for the appointment in full but have not received treatment, a rescheduled appointment, or an apology. Radio silence. Awful customer service. This is a repeat issue it seems when looking at Google Reviews.
Patch test was cancelled at the last min via text. Told it would be rearranged the next day but heard nothing. The website is down and the phone number disconnected. I cancelled my LVL in the end as it all felt quite dodgy and unprofessional
