Got there to find that the masseuse no longer works there. the SKN room doesn’t work out of this venue. Hoping to get a refund.

This salon is no longer there . I had booked and paid online before my appointment only to find out when I turned up that it had closed. No number to call , no one at Treatwell responded to my refund request and the place is still on the app advertising as if they are still open . Very dishonest practice from Treatwell and from the owner of the salon who accepted th booking and took the money .

This was a terrible experience. The clinic is SHUT, however I was still allowed to book, and pay for my treatment. I have tried to ccontact the clinic multiple times since, leaving voice messages nd emailig to request a reschedule, and then asking for a refund. Noone has contacted me since and their number is never answered. I have received no contact, or a refund since. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
