I got the opertunity to change from Swedish Message to Thai Stretches. I'd never had Thai Stretches before so was keen to try. Nia is very experienced in Thai techniques and I felt like I was a lot taller when we were finished. My back felt great and so did all my body, its difficult to explain ... there is a reason why animal stretch from sitting or lying - we should take a leaf out of their book or book a Thai Stretches to loosen up our tight limbs. I will be making a regular appointment

As it had been a bit longer than our usual four weeks since my last massage, I REALLY needed this one - and, as always, it was exactly spot on. Relaxing, chilled and yet energising at the same time.

I am a fully qualified massage therapist and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) where you can check for yourself my professional details. Got all my qualifications while living in Edinburgh and I do enjoy keeping updating my knowledge in this career with CPD courses and further education to give my best to all my clients. It is always a learning process. Edinburgh is my workplace,however my living place is up North where the beauty of the coast and sea is just 10 minutes away from my doorstep.
