I got the opertunity to change from Swedish Message to Thai Stretches. I'd never had Thai Stretches before so was keen to try.
Nia is very experienced in Thai techniques and I felt like I was a lot taller when we were finished. My back felt great and so did all my body, its difficult to explain ... there is a reason why animal stretch from sitting or lying - we should take a leaf out of their book or book a Thai Stretches to loosen up our tight limbs.
