I was nervous for this, but the welcoming atmosphere and calming professionalism of Nia removed all my worries almost straight away.
The massage itself was amazing, even though it was very strong I still drifted off into relaxation.
Afterwards my neck and back felt incredible, Im enjoying more mobility in my neck then I have for years. Amazing experience. Absolutely recommend.

Nia was amazing and the benefits I felt after the massage were just fantastic. I had been very stressed and feeling tense. The muscles in my back relaxed and I felt wonderful afterwards.
