I felt incredibly safe and relaxed during the session with Nia. Plus she worked on some tight back/neck muscles. Do visit if you're unsure!

Could not fault my experience at all. I was relaxed and my therapist was great with information .
The only thing I will say is the singing for the other room was a bit off putting
