I have had lots of massages in my time and Nia is great. Nia is so experienced and sometimes you have small aches and pain but you don't always say all your aches to her. When she starts massaging you she picks up on those little niggles straight away.

What a great massage and head massage I had! Nia did a great job of using a light pressure (at my request), while still working any areas of tension.
