I have over 35 years experience as a massage therapist and specialise in Deep tissue, sports, remedial massage and Lymphatic Drainage. I am also a trained counsellor and Somatic Experiencing practitioner. I created the Somatic Therapies Centre as a place of calm and peace to support your wellness journey with comprehensive care for body, mind, and spirit.

Welcome to The Somatic Therapies Centre, a beautifully decorated health centre situated in the heart of Hove. They offer deep tissue, remedial and sports massage, lymphatic drainage, hot stones massage and Craniosacral Therapy as well as extras such as counselling, psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing. The centre is also open for yoga, pilates and breathwork classes.
