Id never had a lympathic drainage before but had an idea about it. Lottie talked me through the massage before hand and it was amazing! It was so relaxing and I felt a huge difference afterwards, especially around my tummy area. Lottie made me feel so comfortable and welcoming and her set up was amazing, I love how she uses incense and crystals ect. I would definitely recommend to everyone espeically those who bloat easily!
