First time having a face massage.
Lottie explained each step she was doing and the reasons behind it.
Her treatment knowledge is second to none.
With the combination of the Swedish full body and face massage, I left feeling relaxed with no more knots in my back and shoulders.
She is amazing at what she does and provides a relaxing and calming atmosphere.
I would recommend seeing her for a treatment as soon as you get chance.

As soon as I stepped into the room I felt the calming energy, from the music, to the beautiful crystals and candles. Lottie made me feel instantly relaxed, she is really friendly, professional and she has such a calming presence. The bed was so comfy and made me feel even more relaxed, so you can imagine how I felt once Lottie started the massage! The massage itself was perfect, I actually think I snoozed off at some points. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout, it helped me unwind from what had been quite a challenging week. I will 100% be booking another massage with Lottie and I can’t wait to try one of the new facials that she is introducing!! Thank you so much ☺️ I will be recommending the Swedish massage to everyone I know!
