Henry initially gained an ITEC Level 3 diploma in holistic massage from the School of Complementary Health in Exeter (Devon, UK) in 2007 before going on to study for a BTEC Level 6 Diploma (equivalent to an undergraduate degree) in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage at the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training in Brighton (East Sussex, UK) from 2009-2012. The BTEC Level 6 qualification attained by Henry is currently the highest level of qualification available in the UK in the area of therapeutic and remedial massage practitioner training.
Henry specialises in myofascial release and soft tissue related pain including persistent headaches, jaw related pain, arm and wrist pain pathologies as well neck, shoulder and back issues which are the most common areas of complaint that clients will often seek him out for a treatment program.
In his daily client schedule, Henry gets to see a broad cross section of professions, occupations and walks of life from across London. From office workers or people who work from home in home office type situations, to manual workers such as builders, plumbers and delivery drivers as well as keen amateur sports and fitness enthusiasts who need to keep flexible and injury free in order to carry on enjoying their favourite pursuits or be able carry on effectively with activities affecting their livelihood.
When Henry is not treating clients, he likes to spend time out in nature, hiking and trying his hand at wildlife, nature and landscape photography. Henry is also a keen and enthusiastic international traveller and explorer. He has also lived and worked as a massage therapist in Australia for 3 years between 2015-2018.
