It's was a very disappointing experience. I had booked an appointment for 1pm, and I arrived 15min earlier just to learn that my appointment has been re-scheduled to 2pm without me knowing.
The facilities are very bad-maintained. The relaxation room seems more like a prison cell. Steam room was ok.
The massage therapist was very professional, but the massage was neither good or bad.
Overall, very poor quality of service.

Adeline gave the massage and it was great, one of the best massages I have had. We came on an offer though, which included the spa. We were told to get their early so did, but there was no one at reception or anywhere close to help us. We waited for a long time then were told we couldnt use the spa, would we like to re-book. We said no as we had travelled to get there. This was all very disappointing but the massage was excellent, and to be fair, they did give us a 25% off voucher for next time.
Great experience. The spa was relaxing and clean. The Stream room was also really good!
Would come here again!
