Adele was a great therapist really released all muscle pressure. The ambience was great. One thing it wasn’t great that we had to rush after massage we only get 30 min of stream and had to be changed and dry in that time. I’m pretty sure it was said in confirmation that we are able to use steam room for few hours after the massage. So relaxing massage turned into rush-rush experience.
Overall the massage was great.
The extra facilities - eg room to relax in after , hot tea was wonderful (although a bit chilly - despite blow fan) The steam room wasn’t very steamy or hot, but pleasant - perhaps I should have questioned whether temp could have been increased. The changing area was good, as no one else was using it, it felt private, with toilet, shower, steam area all enclosed. A robe & slippers provided as well towels. Hotel felt too old for 5 stars. Needs painting. Modernising
Staff were accommodating, polite, & friendly.
Massage was first rate. 4 of us went, we all felt relaxed and would definitely go again.
Relaxation room had black tea/dried fruits. Coffee/biscuits would be nice as I'm not a tea and fruits person, however that's personal preference and did not hinder the experience.
Only 2 snags - The body lotion/creams were clearly used and there for a while as it had formed lumps around the lid, and the security sticker was removed. Saw a dirty tissue on floor
