I bought this as a bday gift for a dear friend who had a very stressful period of time and I'm shocked by her response when I asked how it was! I've been there and had expectations so I'm shocked!
Her room didn't have the nice relaxing music, the massagist went too hard even when she ask to do it softer, the relaxing room was smelling of foot and with people so she didn't even get a tea or coffe and time to relax over there, the bottle of water was open.
Want to write more but can't.

I booked a massage at Baglioni for my birthday as a treat and it was fantastic! The reception team were polite and friendly, extremely professional.
I was very impressed with the private spa facilities - excellent. Everything was very clean.
My massage was sublime. I have never had a Swedish full body massage - it was amazing! The therapist had the lightest touch and the oils smelt wonderful. I left feeling as light as a feather. Exceptional 👌
