The massage was amazing and the therapist was lovely. Just a little disappointed that there was no pool/jacuzzi but that was my fault, as I just assumed that "spa facilities" included also a hot pool but actually it didn't.

Great venue and wrap around service/facilities. The therapist was lovely but although it was relaxing and helpful I have had better massages to get rid of aches and pains elsewhere

Superb! The spa was an oasis in busy London. Courteous staff, clean and well maintained and a relaxing atmosphere. Will certainly go back.
