Hidden gem , afternoon tea is also amazing

I attended the Baglioni Hotel in November 2021 for a Spa weekend with my 82 year old mother and we received a very warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, whether adjusting the temperature of the room or asking for extra pillows all done with a smile & friendly manner. A special thanks to Francessco who arranged our timetable of Spa treatments, evening meal & afternoon tea in a timely fashion so we could relax to the maximum. We hope to revisit the Baglioni Hotel in 2022.
