Was greeted well and very clean place, Couples massage in separate rooms and Swedish massage not so good, with food package was very basic 3 course meal.
The spa and hotel are beautiful, and the whole experience was very relaxing thanks to the staff who were so attentive. The spa packages are an amazing find in London! The meal included in the package was delicious. I would definitely recommend to others and go again as a treat.
All was a very good experience.
The only dampener in the whole experience was after a lovely massage we moved into the relaxation room which was like a walk in fridge …made us feel really uncomfortable. You would have expected the room to have had the heating on, The brought in an electric heater which didn’t do much unfortunately but overall it was a lovely nice experience . The massage rooms are warm and cosy.
Perfect location, fantastic atmosphere. The staff are all so kind and obliging; from the front desk to the restaurant to the spa. Definitely a luxury experience without any pretention!
The food was delicious and the massage exquisite. A perfect relaxed Sunday treat.
