All round excellent and I can’t recommend Rachel enough, she made me feel very relaxed after my treatment.
I booked a massage and afternoon tea for my sisters bday as a surprise. Francesco was absolutely wonderful I'm helping me book and even went over and beyond when I needed to reschedule! He even came over to say hello when we were there. My sister was also very pleased with Carmen, she was amazing with the massage and very friendly. The cleanliness was fab, changing rooms were empty for the next person and used by one party only. We always love Baglioni and will return.
Had a lovely time. The massage was exceptional. So relaxing and the facilities were very nice and clean. Felt like a new woman coming out of there. And my mum also loved it.
