Baglioni spa, especially Nahla, made me feel at ease and they did not made me feel “stressed!” We had some hiccups before our appointment, since, this is for a bridal shower and Baglioni spa was so accommodating and did not made me feel, at any point, a nuisance. I was relieved that everything went well. Nahla even arranged a change in our lunch reservation. The therapist’s were great & we enjoyed our massage & facial. Had the wellbeing package that included 50 minute treatment and 3 course lunch. It was a slight shame that steam room not available due to COVID. However, the relaxation room was nice and calming, clean facilities, very friendly and welcoming staff. I felt pampered. Then the lunch was a lovely compliment to the day. Delicious food cooked to high standard. I couldn't fault it. Overall a lovely experience I highly recommend

Small spa but lovely staff and the masseuse was lovely. I chose facial and back massage and she also gave me a mini foot massage while I had my face mask on which was a nice touch.
We had afternoon tea, the staff were professional and attentive. Some of the cakes weren't to my taste but that's my personal preference maybe. My friend was gluten free and had a good selection. A shame they haven't been able to bake a gluten free scone. A lovely afternoon overall.
