The Baglioni Spa is not really a spa its a treatment room and a relaxation room. The hotel and spa area was lovely and very clean but the steam room was out of action which spoiled the whole experience and there was no reason for it as the steam was in the changing room which was restricted to just myself and my daughter. So really disappointed with that aspecr
The Spa is on the ground floor and as we entered smelled divine and calming. The receptionist was expecting us, offered us soft drinks. We were advised to come down in our bathrobes which we did. Spa Manager, Francesco could not have been more helpful with our booking which I rescheduled a couple of times and included afternoon tea, which also had to be rescheduled. The massage we had was excellent. Just the right amount of pressure with no chat to distract us. Afternoon tea was divine.
My experience with the aromatherapy massage at the Hotel Baglioni Spa was amazing from start to finish. Francesco was very helpful when I booked over the phone and was so polite when I arrived. Massage from Zizi was lovely and I left feeling very relaxed- I will be back!
