Our appointment was late by 20 minutes.
It was very rushed/disorganised when we finally go to our appointment.
There were lack of supplies i.e. water, tea, hot water,cups/glasses in the changing room and the relaxation room when we arrived.
Steam room wasn't working and we weren't notified before our booking.
The massage therapist was very rushed and not professional. ie. during massage - you are supposed to wipe down the feet and also place eye mask.
A shambles!
There obviously wasn’t enough staff. We were left waiting at the front of house and after getting changed. Being pregnant I had to ask for the bed to be moved as I can’t lie on my back even though I had clearly listed it on my form.
After the treatment I was left waiting in the corridor and had to ask a passing staff member what I was to do next.
