Fantastic hotel and very pleasant greeting by front of house. Spa manger was very friendly and helpful. Massage room was amazing and comfortable, however I thought the massage was a bit soft and very average. Changing facilities were great. Hotel kindly offered a complimentary cocktail as the steam room wasn't working which I thought was a really nice touch. Would happily visit again but would maybe opt for different treatment.
Went for massage and afternoon tea. We had expected spa facilities could be used prior to the appointment but had misinterpreted the booking, in fact this was only a steam room and "relaxation room". The steam room was out of order and the relaxation room had two loungers in and a pot of hot water for tea that hadn't been replenished from the visitors before us so only enough for one small cup of tea each. Massages were great and the afternoon tea was delicious.
Really fantastic spa, really clean facilities and very covid conscious, hand gel offered and all facilities sanitised. We had the changing room to ourselves. Massage and facial was amazing, the therapist Rachel was fantastic, really great massage and adjusted pressure to my preference. We had the lunch which was delicious. All the staff and therapists were really helpful and welcoming, really great and relaxing day
