When I was getting ready for my treatment in the changing room, the therapist knocked on the door several times to hurry me up stating that she was running late and I was making her even later. I tried to explain that I had arrived 30 minutes early and had been waiting for a while in the foyer as I'd been asked. I felt that the therapist refused to listen and kept repeating that I was late. It ruined the atmosphere; I was disappointed as I'd been really looking forward to the experience.
A bit disappointed that the steam room is out of service which we have asked at the first place. Th dinner menu that was included in the package was too healthy (we asked for the normal menu instead and paid extra)
We paid for 5 50 minute treatments, 2 of which were cut short to 30 minutes. We have yet to receive a refund or response from the venue.
The steam room was closed. We were told this was due to Covid, though restrictions are now lifted and the steam room had a sign indicating it was down due to maintenance requirements. So we don't feel we were told the truth.
The restaurant tried to serve us prosecco rather than the champagne included in our booking and I had to dispute this.
