The staff were professional and kind as you would expect in a 5 star hotel , however the overall experience did not meet our expectations. For the cost I paid I expected more from the service provided. The steam room was not working , and the massage we received was not really deep tissue. I was asked what area I would prefer more work on and even though I asked for mainly back , neck and shoulders the therapist did a general full body massage with not enough emphasis on those areas .
