I am afraid I have to say this is the one of the worst treatment I have experienced. Body massage I asked firm but it's not.When I doing my facial treatment. The lady did not explain whatshe put on my face. Was it deep clean or face massage or both? I also do not think they knew the product well. I asked if I can have any face moisturiser with SPF after bath. They offered me sun cream. I told her I don't want sun cream she said "this is VERY ecpensive". I find very odd.
This was fantastic! Great spa, great bar and the staff made everything extra special. We will return.
My full body massage was beautiful and I felt as though I was in heaven. Thank you Isatta!
The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, was a lovely experience.
