It wasn’t the best experience at all, I paid a lot for what it was. I arrived and got left waiting for twenty minutes then the receptionist came back and told me they didn’t even have my booking in the system.
I got told he’d pencil me in, so I had afternoon tea which was rushed as they asked me to have it first as they didn’t have time for me.
I paid over £100 and I couldn’t even finish my food as I had a rushed massage appointment, I wouldn’t recommend!!!!
We booked this last minute and we were so glad we did. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, and treated us really well. We felt like we had the spa to ourselves which was amazing. Particularly enjoyed the facial treatment.
The lunch in the restaurant was delicious too.
The spa doesn’t have any pools or suanas / steam rooms, but if you want some lovely treatments and time to relax this is perfect.
