A thoroughly enjoyable experience! I felt 100% safe and looked after. The treatment itself was exceptional: Joanna took time to explain everything she was doing and all the products she was using. The hotel staff were also lovely and very attentive -- I had lovely dinner after my treatments ...and a cheeky glass of Ferrari Prosecco.

From walking into the hotel and spa the service was exceptional. The staff ensured that the facilities were COVID secure and made us feel very reassured. The massage and facial were fantastic and the whole environment was so relaxing. The afternoon tea was the cherry on the cake, i'd totally recommend the spa!
