Made the booking with the app and just chose first available staff and the venue emailed to confirm again with the time and staff name. Was greeted by friendly receptionist and Karolina was so friendly and took the time to explain which lashes will work well for me. Happy with the end result and already made booking for infills in 3 weeks time!
