The massage was amazing, I left feeling so relaxed! The treatment room was well equipped and nice and warm, and the staff were friendly.

The treatment in isolation was excellent and the therapist was very competent. She engaged in a meaningful pre-massage consultation and as a result was able to address my concerns. She knew how to adjust pressure well too. I was given plenty of time to get ready, before the treatment and also after. Staff also communicated well with me ahead of booking the treatment, when I called requesting more information.
The venue was very clean but just small. There were also no additional facilities to note of, beyond a very comfortable changing area and shower built into the treatment room. Given the price paid, I consider the lack of facilities a huge contributor to a lower rating (4 instead of 5).
