Federica and Olga looked after us really well, explaining each step of the treatment, discussing areas for special attention and setting the scene with a relaxed atmosphere. The facilities and ambience were perfect.

I had a pregnancy massage and it was my first time here. Hotel is superb & staff courteous & welcoming. Sadly I didn't feel my massage was worth it (I've had many before, including pregnancy). The therapist seemed new & didn't have much experience at massage. She felt tentative & didn't respond when I asked for deeper on legs & shoulders. She didn't do my arms or hands. She lead me to the wrong room at the start & I was undressed before I had to change room. Actual massage lasted only 40mins.
