An expensive but lovely massage that left me feeling very relaxed. Only two minor criticisms: it was conducted in complete silence (some background music would be nice but I guess that’s a personal choice) and when I left she handed me a card with personal recommendations. I didn’t open it until I got home and was taken aback to see she had written “Take some exercise”. I found this a little insulting as I consider I exercise a fair bit.

An all round great spa experience from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely facilities and relaxing treatment. Loved the products used and samples to try at home were a nice added touch.
