Lovely spa, unfortunately we didn't have time to use the facilities as we were too eager to go to Cheshire Oaks which is nearby! The therapists were lovely and we really enjoyed our massages. I would definitely go back.

I'm writting this no behalf of my mother who attended Crabwell as a day spa member. She had a wonderful time. Especially loved how the pool led to outside. It was a beautiful sunny day so felt like being on holiday, the pool was a little sun trap. The indoor pool was a little cold for her at first but she soon aclimatised. Unfortunately she didn't have a treatment but she will definately be going back for a full package. Thanks Wahanda, my mum had a lovely day!

Lovely location with helpful staff. Fabulous price for the spa sensation day. We took our own picnic and ate it outdoors! The facilities are not large and the changing room is a little on the small side. The pool facilities again were good with opportunity just to lounge on the poolside loungers. However, there were only 3 of these available (I was in a group of 4). Overall a lovely day with attentive and helpful staff - the therapist team in particular.

the spa had a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. there is a lovely pool which we used before our treatments which were fab. we will definately return to the spa for further treatments.

Good points - staff very attentive, nice environment, relaxing atmosphere, one very good therapist. Bad points - only mixed leaves instead of salad with lunch and no crisps as stated on menu, double room booked for treatments, were put in seperate rooms. Something noisy kept being rolled past treatment room outside the window which made it difficult to relax. one therapist seemed to rush - I had approximately 1 hour of treatment time (should have been 1 hour 20 mins)
