The Spa at the four seasons park lane is great, staff are professional and the facilities are great. The massage was as good as it gets.
Treatment by Four Seasons Park Lane
The facilities and ambience were amazing as usual. I literally love the space. Compact but has everything you could want. Staff are always welcoming. I had the detox wrap. There was no details on the treatwell page about the treatment so I looked on the spa's own website. This is shortened version of what is posted on the spa site. A eucalyptus wrap with a massage. Theres no body brushing or exfoilation before hand. I was initially concerned that this would make the wrap less effective, but my skin was super soft post treatment.
I found it quite difficult to relax during the treatment because the therapist left the window drapes open, meaning the room was quite bright.

Beautiful space, and a great treatment. The private beds you can lie in post-treatment were a particularly nice touch. I wish I'd allowed more than 20 mins to enjoy the jacuzzi/sauna/steam before though
