Great place. Very accomodating but got forgotten when it was time for treatment. Treatment is self administered. Steam broken down but was fixed. Relaxing time otherwise. Meal selection included limited but other options available.
The welcome tropical juice was a good start to a day. The food during lunch time was fantastic and the fascilities were 5 stars. unforthnately would've been better if there was a spare time to book massage but the full package of fascilities was plenty
This was a treat for my daughter for her 40th birthday, we had a really nice day. The staff were friendly and helpful and although I had mislaid my voucher they said I could email it to them later as they had our booking on their system. The treatmeants were really good, we all had facials and back neck and shoulder massages. The afternoon tea was nice, personally I would have preferred less cakes and more sandwiches but that's just my preference. Overall it was very good and I would recommend it to anyone that's looking for a nice relaxing day
