Rasul spa day was first class along with full body massage. Excellent explanation of use of facilities and products. Cannot fault any part of this great day. Booking again.
First time at Norton house spa,it was great.Very clean staff friendly.overall a great day.Had Rasul treatment which was lovely only thing was booked for 11.30 so afterwards we didn't want to go back into pool as we're all smooth!would have preferred later treatment time but didn't get an option for this when booking.Would definitely recommend this spa it was lovely
We were greated with a bit of delay. But we were shown around all the facilities available. We were quickly shown all the different products for the rasul mud spa. But if we needed assistance in the middle of the process, there was no one to help, as I had not been given enough product for my hair, which is long and thick, so barely covered 1/4 of my hair and so it came out of the treatment quite dry and frazzled which was a bit disappointing. The service and food at lunch was fantastic.
