Great thermo pool , sauna out of use and mud was more a body scrub than mud . Face moisturiser made my face sting 😐
Would recommend the rasul mud treatment. Hostess explains how to use the products - body scrub, face and body mud, hair conditioner and moisturisers. Steam then comes on and you can relax for around 15 mins before washing off the products.
The spa itself is great. Loved the hydro bath and sauna.
I had booked a massage separately and there was some confusion over the time. Eventually this was sorted out by Rachel and I was given a goody bag in way of an apology. The massage was also great! Deep tissue which I would also recommend.
Everything about our day was great except for the reception staff. She kept us waiting for 10 minutes on arrival while she was on the phone and didnt even acknowledge we were standing there
Lovely surroundings, very relaxing, staff friendly and helpful. The treatments are self applied and skin very soft and silky afterwards. Loved the steam and atmosphere of the room. What could improve the experience is a supply of shampoo and conditioner in the treatment room so that you can shower and wash you hair after the treatments and then apply your moisturisers, also pads for the seating nooks (was a bit uncomfortable on the derrière). That being said these are minor niggles and we will be back. Food was of the lite bite variety and very tasty.
I took my friend to the spa for her birthday and it was an amazing day from start to finish - she had a back massage which she said was great, and we both done the rasul treatment in the afternoon. the facilities are great along with the atmosphere and the staff! 5 star experience and can't wait to come back!
