The spa experience its self was really good. There was a bit of confusion over times and we were a few minutes late in being taken for our experience that then meant we had no relaxation time before having to go for lunch.
This is where our day went a bit downhill. We were met and shown to our table where our drinks orders were taken. We then waited 20 minutesfor our drinks. People who had arrived after us were being served with theirs and one table even had their food. I had to remind the waitress about our drinks. The food when it arrived was lovely. All would have been better if we had an apology for our wait but that never happened.
Had a fantastic time. Brilliant disabled facilities too will definitely be back!
The hotel and spa are beautiful, however felt that our day was not as good as it should have been when times etc were rushed, both treatments booked for the afternoon straight after each other which did not leave us time for relaxing, might only go for 1 treatment in the future to stop this happening, facilities are great as are the staff.
fabulous day at Norton House, very understated, lovely attention to detail and fab staff. Will definitely be back
