Wonderful ambiance at the spa which helps you feel relaxed.
Staff are very friendly and cater to your personal requirements. We were welcomed by the staff immediately upon arrival and provided with an itinerary of our Spa day purchase - very organised!
We opted for the Rasul Mud treatment - You get value with this treatment! The muds/clays are provided in generous proportions for you to apply as part of the treatment. We were very happy! I particularly like the salt and oil scrub!
The mid chamber tiles need replacing I cut my foot on them & the hydro pool wasn't functioning on the day - I have complained directly to them about this.
The facilities themselves were lovely, the treatments were average for the cost of the day overall. Worth a visit for the feel of the place and surroundings. Treatments were done on lovely heated beds. Staff didn't seem overly experienced.
Lovely spa, friendly staff and excellent treatments. I've marked it down as we weren't booked in for the correct treatments but this was quickly rectified. Would visit again, the rasul mud treatment is excellent and you leave feeling completely pampered. Good gym facilities too.
