Unorganised at start of the day, lunch was a main course options were boring and portion was tiny, lockers were all full and there was no room to change in the changing room as it was that busy.
Had a lovely Rasul spa day, excellent facilities, very tasty lunch. Would definitely recommend.
Fab day, only issue was waiting on our lunch, although the waitress offered us a free drink as an apology, which was OK.
