Staff were very helpful on reception. Very nice to be offered a drink on arrival as we had a long drive in. Dissapointed with the changing room, although 12 lockers only one toilet and one shower, fortunately not a busy day, six ladies in the changing room and but very claustrophobic and had to wait for toilet, shower and use of hairdryer - this would put me off booking again. Felt that the 'space' had been given over to the 'club' attendees. The cafe had a very limited menu, soup, sandwich or jacket potatoe and not very much choice. The therapist was very nice and did a good job of the file and polish on the toes, however she had a really 'bad tan' which was very orange, streaky, poorly applied and had orange hands - probably wouldn't go for a tan application or recommend one! I have been to quite a few spa's now which I regularly reattend, unfortunately I would only mark this one as fair to middling!
This was my second visit to Rookery Hall. I had just returned from a hen weekend so the pampering was just what I needed. The treatments were so relaxing and the eye treatment I chose was great as the therapist said they do a facial at the same time as an added extra!
