Its a lovely venue. The glass roof over the pool area makes it full of light and a delightful place to swim.
The Mud Rasul was also very good. The chamber was a good size and we very much enjoyed it.
Really nice place in the country, nice scenery, great hotel with nice facilities, treatments and staff were spot on, would go again.
Lovely stay all round. My massage was just OK - the girl I had was only 6 months into job and her inexperience showed. My husband's treatments were wonderful though.
Overall a lovely hotel, spa and facilities. Staff were very accommodating. The spa package was a birthday gift and so I had to telephone the venue to book a date. I was informed that a confirmation email would be sent but unfortunately this was never received. I was also told that we would be informed on the day of the time of our treatments; however; on arrival we were told that we had been booked in for 10 am (we arrived at 10:10) and had been informed of these arrangements in advance. Apart from these slight hiccups everything else was fabulous. Would definitely return.
The whole experience was excellent ! It's little touches that make all the difference when you go away. I think this hotel is one of the best I have stayed at and the staff are extremely friendly without being ott. I feel it was very good value for a spa break and would love to return.
