Had a lovely relaxing facial with Jenny this afternoon, was so nice I nearly fell asleep.

bought a spa day for my Mum and sister for Mum's birthday. overall a good day, however the weekend they went was apparently the busiest of the year and there were lots of kids running around, not ideal for a relaxing spa say, hence 3 stars for ambience. it would have been good to have known this beforehand and we could have chosen a different weekend.
The lady at the Spa was lovely and very attenive and professional , just a shame the ambience and relaxing atmosphere was missing, as it's close to pool area lots of kiddies and parents walking by the exterior. Hence this is great if you are on hols and need a little pamper,on the park site, but an external client may not think it's for them.

I booked a spa day for 2. Prior to arriving I was told the wrong information on the phone and then requested to change appointment time. I did so at my own inconvenience.
On arrival all was fine but the pool is small and was full of timetables for children activities, this isnt relaxing. Changing rooms were dirty and lunchtime was appalling service, so much I was late for my treatment. Treatment was good but that's the only positive of my spa day.
