The venue was clean the treatment was reasonable priced.
Unfortunately I had a twenty min delay with no explanation.
I was told they did not know how much longer I would need to wait. One of the members of staff went to find the senior member of staff. The beautician said she did not know she had another client waiting as was in a treatment room with her last client who had kept her talking. The senior member of staff apologised and offered me a discount. Normal the service is first class.
