The staff were lovely will defo be back again and lee on the front desk was amazing nothing was too much trouble.
I booked the luxury spa day for me and my friend the venue was lovely, staff were pleasant. On the down side Changing facility was small , bigger changing area and toilets were on the other side of the spa area. I was disappointed there was no jacuzzi as most spa hotels have this. Also one foot experience shower was not working me and my friend sat together , mines did not work hers did which meant we couldn’t enjoy this together. Massage was good although me and my friend booked to be in massage room together this did not happen, masseuse did try finding a room was found but bed wasn’t working then she said this is going in to your massage time. But massage was good.
