Love the relaxation rooms, thermal suite and treatments. Staff are really nice and helpful. Shame about there not being a jacuzzi and one of the foot baths broken. Would definitely return as good value for money!
The spa was lovely, very relaxing, not too busy (on a Saturday). Things that could of been improved, were to be sent details of the treatments/meals once we had booked it. Also the spa therapist must be trained to do standard relaxing massages, although we booked deep tissue, my friend and I both had different issues we wanted them to work on but came out saying we had the same and my therapists did not work on the knots like id asked her to. We upgraded the room to an executive, i thought it could of been a bit more modern (and they forgot to provide us with the slippers). However the staff were very helpful throughout the stay.
The food was not good but the treatment was amazing! i actually used to be a elemis trainer and the treatment was outstanding!!
Great spa facilities, lovely treatments. Would recommend increasing amount of food with afternoon tea and varying the options for gluten free. Overall really good spa day.
