Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience! The treatment girls were lovely and the massage/ facial were next to none!!
The spa facilities were very good and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The treatments were also very enjoyable. The rooms were nothing special but clean and spacious. The meal that was included in the deal was a disaster. We were meant to have a 3 course set menu meal but, having ordered 3 courses, only actually ever received 1! Having ordered, were sat at the table for over an hour before any food came and this was our mains rather than our starters, despite being asked previously which course we were waiting for! After ordering desserts, we waited a further half an hour without any service and it appeared all of the waiting staff had finished for the night as we didn't see anyone from the restaurant again! To their credit the wine was taken off our bill as a good will gesture but this didn't prevent the evening being ruined. Without the disaster of a meal the stay would have been lovely so it was shame that it didn't deliver.
The facilities were very good but I’m afraid we encountered several problems with our stay. We ordered a glass of wine on arrival at the bar which took 15 mins to arrive. We then started our treatments 15 mins late and they were cut short too. The quality was amazing but short none the less.
The evening meal had a few issues. The first 3 options my girlfriend ordered had run out and we were given the wrong wine when we ordered but the length of wait we already had meant we just drank it.
In the morning we were shown to a table in silence then left alone for 15 mins so we worked out ourselves where everything was.
Overall we did enjoy ourselves but several things were under par
