The Spa was lovely, very friendly. Pool was a little cold even though it said its heated. The saunas where lovely, steam rooms lovely except one where it just smelt of damp ( but not sure if that was what the aroma was meant to be) the foot bath was lovely the only down fall i would say is that it was great there was two there because it meant me and my partner could use it at the same time but the second one looked like it wasn't installed properly and instead of the water running in the bowl it was going every where else but the bowl and so we shared the one what was working but a few black bits came out and i ended up having to scratch them off my legs, not sure what they where. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. We had the mud radsul which was a good experience.
If staying at the hotel side of things be prepared to wait a while before getting any food, we waited over an hour just for a sandwich. The food prices are a bit over the top with what you get.
Friendly staff, good facilities. We found the mud Rasul treatment a bit unusual but it came free with our deal which was good value and we enjoyed the massage
Nice venue. Good treatment. Staff polite and friendly however less stars given as we were not able to get a drink in the lounge as staff took ages to replace hot water and cups and glasses despite being asked several times by myself and others. Was not able to get a drink between 3 and 6 due to this.
Also foot spa was broken. Did not get lunch as described on menu however it was lovely food.
