The hotel was a bit on the old side, but decorated nicely, and our room was massive with a view onto the garden. Enjoyed our stay very much and we decided that we will stay again if we are in the area.
Lovely spa with good facilities, the mud rasul was a bit different so very good. Overall good experience.
The spa was ok but the staff in the hotel were poor at providing an enjoyable stay. Waited for 15 minutes for a drink at the bar to be then greeted without eye contact and no real apology. As we were checking out there was another hotel guest complaining to the manager so it looks like others enjoyed their stay too!
The hotel and spa was lovely. It was nice and quiet apart from when there were kids splashing about in the pool.
I feel as though the staff were stuck up, apart from the lovely fella who worked in the cafe.
The treatment was lovely and relaxing, we had to wait about 35 mins to actually have the treatment though. The other facilities started to get relaxing then the door would fly open with the staff doing a spa tour.
The food is expensive for what it is, never paid £20 for 2 sandwiches before.
